 Mrs. Ruth Armao
concludes her 3rd year of teaching at Wyneken, following service to Calvary
Lutheran School in Indianapolis. She is a graduate of Concordia University, Seward, Nebraska. Her husband, Bob, served as vicar at Lutheran Homes of Fort Wayne. He will become pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Chicago, Illinois this summer. He attended Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne after teaching at Lutheran High School of Indianapolis. Her daughter, Chelsae, and son, Tyler, will be students at Luther High East. Farewell, Mrs. Armao. You will be missed! |
 Mrs. Armao's hobbies include using stamps
to create her own cards and calligraphy to create signs and
posters. She collects rubber stamps, candles, small Raggedy Ann dolls, and Longaberger
baskets. She is a fan of the Cleveland Indians, that American League Central Division
powerhouse. Her favorite is hymn is "Lord,
Take My Hand and Lead Me" (Lutheran Worship hymn number 512--click the link to
hear the tune). |
