Chief Financial Officer

 

As the team's Chief Financial Officer you control the money for your group. In order to budget for your trip you will need to figure the total cost of all items for the trip. Here are some items for you to consider:

  • Travel costs (from the Traveling Secretary)
  • Hotel costs
  • Food costs while traveling
  • Tickets for your group (use the best seats available)
  • Concession stand purchases (be sure to compare the same items and amounts at each stadium) Hint: You may need to email the team in order to get this information.

Prepare an Excel spreadsheet to show to the commissioner so that he can better decide which trip to take.
